PC Maintenance Software Installation

Almost everyone has a PC in their home or office these days. Unfortunately, there is very little after sale advice that you get from the store that sold you the PC or from the vendors that you buy your software from. You are usually "on your own"!

Besides fixing problems, there are some things that you should do regularly to your PC, such as cleaning, maintenance of your hard drive, and also periodic checkups and "cleaning" of Windows. You should install important software updates when they become available. Unfortunately, you must regularly check the vendor's web sites for updates (what a chore!).

The result of not performing regular maintenance on your PC is that you system is exposed to hardware failures and your software may not run properly. Some symptoms may be:

• Your PC reboots, crashes, or hangs up frequently
• Internet access problems - frequent phone line problems or dialing problems
• Windows runs very slowly
• Windows applications often fail
