Rates and Fees

All fees are per hour, one hour minimum for "house" calls, using 15 minute increments after that. These are the types of fees that I charge:

• A standard fee for scheduled appointments; I do not charge for travel time inside my normal coverage area.
• A rate for emergency or unscheduled appointments; this fee is charged "door-to-door".
• A lower fee for work done at my premises, such as Internet research or PC cleanup.
• A 10% discounted rate for monthly contracted services; contracted clients also do not pay the emergency rate if emergencies occur.

My normal coverage area is Oak Island, Caswell Beach, Southport, St. James, and BSL. Travel outside of these areas will incur additional charges.
